For this expansion of a pharmaceutical manufacturing laboratory, I was hired by the consulting engineer to illustrate the finished work just prior to validation and occupancy. The client needed representations of finished spaces, behind-the-scenes facility support equipment such as air conditioning and specialty ventilation, and glimpses of the end uses of the lab spaces. Despite having little detailed information available about the concealed systems, my prior experience as a designer guided my photographic composition and captures to document the project.
