SENIOR LIVING CENTER, ORANGEBURG NY
As a commissioning engineer I was assigned to represent the design team for a series of site visits to monitor the construction of this new multi-family development in upstate New York. To make field verification more efficient and consistent, our dedicated engineering team conducted periodic visits to the project and reported conditions that could affect accuracy and quality. I combined my experience in design and construction with photographic expertise to locate and document possible issues that would compromise quality, schedule, or cost. Knowing where to look for defects can improve the possibility of finding them. A few examples are shown here.
